jisraeli,

you question about Jesus and Muslims is that Muslim don't believe in the same Jesus that Christians believe in. That is why Muslims' Isa is completely different when he appears.

In reality, al-Mahdi is very similar to the Antichrist in the Bible, Isa (Muslim version of Jesus) is very similar to the the False Prophet in the Bible, and ad-Dajjal is very similar to the Two Witnesses of the Bible.

see

Comment from Stephen Yulish:

Jisraeli:
Please show me where it it says in the Quran that Jesus sits at the right hand of God, a higher place than even Muhammad. I have read the Quran and many of the Hadith and I never saw that. Sounds like the NT to me. Also, the Quran states that Allah had no sons and that it also written on the Dome of the Rock. Quran does venerate Mary but also does not believe that Christ died on the cross and therefore did not free us from our sins. Muhammad supposedly heard all of this from the angel Jibril (Gabriel).
"if an angel from heaven should preach to you a gospel contrary to that which we have preached to you, let him be accursed (anathema)" Galatians 1:8

jisaeli,

I suggest you read your Bible. How does the real name of Jesus, the Hebrew "Yeshua" mean the son of Zeus? I have no problem if you do not accept Christianity, but please read the text. Regarding the Rapture, as a Christian, belief in this is not necessary for salvation. I do take issue when you say "go to the grave." The Lord died for our sins so we don't have to stay in that place ;)

I hate to be the one to break the bad news but this is over speculation. For beginners, if the muslim al madhi is the AntiChrist, then what of the dajjal who is supposed to be their AntiChrist? The muslims actually DO accept Jesus as the one who will slay the AntiChrist. In the Quran, Jesus sits at the right hand of God. That's higher than up than Muhammad. Additionally, if anyone actually read those same texts, the muslim messiah deeply resembles an ancient Jew. If the Islamic god is a moon god, then what of Jesus? Jesus means 'son of zeus'. What of the Hebrew god who went under seven names and spirits? The point I am making is that true Christians will not go around trying to stomp on other religions hiding under the guise of prophetic analysis. It is the blind false Christians who try to identify something that was not meant to be readily understood. I call it Religiocentrism- believing your religion is right and all others are wrong solely based on what one is told and not discovers.
There are a billion churches. The Gospel has been preached in every corner of the world. Why hasn't Jesus come back for us? Remember the rapture? Yes, that same event that was supposedly ancient but has long been known to be created in the 1800's. How many of us would go to our graves claiming that the 'Rapture Ready' will be pulled up? Nonsense breeds nonsense. Finger pointing is useless. Remember, all have sinned and have fallen short of God. That means none of us can claim to be better, more real or more righteous than another. There are nonsensical religious writings in all scriptures that can be easily be disproven as cultural or religious bias. Easily. So, I beg you, do the "Christian" thing and let Jesus be the one to pass judgement on others lest he one day pass it on you!

From Dr. Stephen M Yulish:

David,
Thanks for your comments. In my novel "Invasion:Israel", I created an
Antichrist figure that while of Jewish ancestry was supportive of the invasion
of Israel by Muslims. It is not so much surprising that the Muslims would
accept such a Jewish figure because no one would know that he was, but it
would be even more surprising that the Jews would allow him into the rebuilt
Temple to announce that he was God. Even the elect will be deceived. And
David, Israel's very existence in the midst of the Muslim Holy land proves the
Koran and Muhammad are false. That is why they want to destroy it.
